Nourish Flourish Energy ("NFE," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to transparency regarding how your personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

This Privacy Policy applies to our website, newsletter, educational programs, workshops, online community, and botanical skincare offerings.

Individualized clinical nutrition services are separate from our educational membership and may be subject to additional privacy notices, professional requirements, and applicable healthcare privacy laws.

2. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with NFE.

Newsletter subscribers: When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name and email address. Our general newsletter signup does not request medical records or detailed health information.

Discovery calls: When you schedule a discovery call, we may receive your name, contact information, appointment details, and information you voluntarily provide when scheduling or communicating with us.

Workshop participants: When you register for a workshop, we may collect your contact information, registration details, and transaction information.

Membership applicants and members: When you apply to join or participate in the Nourish Your Energy Collective, we may collect:

  • Your name, contact information, and membership details.
  • Your responses to membership screening and eligibility questions.
  • Information you voluntarily provide through onboarding forms about your goals, experiences, and personal life.
  • Information you choose to share through community discussions, educational activities, and group coaching sessions.

Membership screening: Our screening process includes questions about whether an applicant currently has, is receiving treatment for, or suspects they may have an active eating disorder.

We also ask whether applicants are primarily seeking individualized nutrition treatment for a medical condition and require acknowledgment of the educational and coaching scope of the membership.

Responses to these questions may reveal sensitive health-related information.

Product purchases: When you purchase products through NFE Skin Rituals, information necessary to process and fulfill your order may be collected through our ecommerce provider.

Website activity: We and our website service providers may collect technical information, such as browser information, device information, and website usage data, through cookies or similar technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information as appropriate to:

  • Deliver newsletters, educational resources, and communications you have requested.
  • Provide information about NFE programs, workshops, memberships, and products.
  • Process registrations, purchases, and membership enrollment.
  • Respond to inquiries and coordinate appointments.
  • Review membership screening responses to determine whether the educational community is appropriate for an applicant's stated needs.
  • Facilitate onboarding, educational activities, community participation, and group coaching.
  • Maintain business records and support the operation and security of our services.

4. Email Communications

When you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name and email address.

We use MailerLite to manage our email subscriber list and send educational content, reflections, resources, and information about NFE offerings.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not necessarily stop essential communications related to services or purchases you have requested.

5. Membership Screening and Onboarding

The Nourish Your Energy Collective uses membership screening questions to help determine whether the educational and coaching community is appropriate for prospective members.

Screening responses may include sensitive information relating to eating disorders or an applicant's need for individualized medical nutrition treatment.

We use this information to review membership eligibility and identify when an applicant's stated needs fall outside the scope of the Collective.

Membership screening and onboarding responses are not intended to establish a clinical diagnosis or provide individualized medical treatment.

Our additional onboarding forms invite members to share personal goals, experiences, reflections, what brought them to NFE, what they hope to gain from membership, and their preferred ways of learning.

Members should provide only the information requested and avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal or medical details.

Screening and private onboarding responses are intended for membership administration and are not intended to be published in the community.

Access may be available to authorized NFE administrators and service providers as needed to operate the membership.

Our onboarding forms are currently managed through GoHighLevel. If we transition to another provider, this policy may be updated to reflect that change.

6. Community Privacy

The Nourish Your Energy Collective is an educational and coaching community hosted on Skool.

Members may voluntarily share personal experiences, reflections, and information about their lives through community posts, discussions, and group activities.

Information shared in community spaces may be visible to other members and authorized community administrators.

We encourage members to protect their privacy and avoid sharing sensitive personal information, medical histories, diagnoses, treatment details, or other confidential health information in community discussions or group coaching sessions.

Members should share only what they feel comfortable disclosing within a group environment.

Although we encourage respectful participation and discretion, NFE cannot guarantee that other community participants will maintain the confidentiality of information voluntarily disclosed to them.

7. Educational Membership and Professional Scope

The Nourish Your Energy Collective is an educational and coaching community facilitated by Leda Medina, RDN, LDN, CDCES.

Within the Collective, Leda provides general education, mind-body practices, personal development tools, and group coaching rather than individualized dietitian care.

Membership does not establish a dietitian-patient relationship or include individualized medical nutrition therapy, medical or mental health treatment, or eating disorder treatment.

The Collective is not intended to replace professional healthcare or specialized eating disorder treatment.

Individualized professional nutrition services are offered separately, subject to applicable licensing and practice requirements.

Information collected in connection with individualized clinical nutrition services may be subject to separate privacy notices and additional legal protections.
